7 Podcasts Created By Moms We Can All Relate To

Finding a good podcast is like finding a good book you don’t want to put down! Podcasts are fantastic because you can listen to them while driving, walking, or even doing the dishes. I’ve listened to podcasts for a couple of years now and during that time I’ve found some good ones that I’m excited to share with you. Here are 7 podcasts created by moms that I think we can all relate to in one way or another!

  1. The Rachel Cruze Show

    Rachel Cruze is a mom of two and daughter to the well-known money genius, Dave Ramsey. In Rachel’s new podcast you’ll hear all about her money saving tips and tricks along with a look into her life as a mom. One of my favorite episodes from The Rachel Cruze Show is My 4 Guiding Principles for Parenting. If you are looking to “take control of your money and create a life you love” Rachel will help you reach that goal!

  2.  Colorful Eats

    Caroline Potter and Justine Campbell are mothers, wives, entrepreneurs, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioners. On Colorful Eats, Caroline and Justine share their knowledge about non-toxic and conscious living. They share such a variety of topics that any mom will relate. I’ve listened to every one of their 100 episodes and some of my favorite episodes include 5 Ways to Unplug from Social Media and TechnologyThe Unknown Facts of How Birth Control Affects You {Part 1 & 2}, Creating a Non-Toxic Home {Part 1 & 2}, and Making Babies – Preconception Nutrition with Kim Schuette.

  3. Just Add Sprinkles: Celebrating Motherhood

    Stephanie Flies celebrates motherhood in her podcast, Just Add Sprinkles. As a mom and founder of our City Moms Blog Network, Stephanie shares a variety of topics from meal planning, to work-life balance, to dressing the post-baby mom bod. My favorite episodes include her Just a Sprinkle episodes which share a “sprinkle” of inspiration and conversation. With all the episodes available there’s sure to be an episode every mom will enjoy!

  4. Whine Down with Jana Kramer

    To all of you One Tree Hill, Dancing With The Stars, and country music lovers, Jana may look familiar. She is a mother to two who shares all the ups and downs in her life on her podcast, Whine Down with Jana Kramer. She has a lot to share and doesn’t leave any details out in her conversations on each episode. If you’re looking for an easy listen to help you unwind this podcast won’t disappoint!

  5. Zen Parenting Radio

    On Zen Parenting Radio Cathy Cassani Adams and her husband, Todd, share amazing conversations about all aspects of parenting and family. This podcast is another one that will hit the nail on the head for so many moms! Some great episodes to listen to include Raising Global Citizens – An Interview with Patty Monahan and Why Are Women so Tired? A Talk with Karen Body Author of  Daring to Rest. This podcast has some great episodes you and your partner might enjoy listening to together.

  6. Moms Got This

    These two moms, Michelle and Stacy, share four interviews with inspiring moms each week! I love this podcast because it’s short and sweet making it perfect for short drives or for a quick listen while tidying up the house. My favorite episodes are the Moments and Aspirations interviews!

  7. 3 in 30 Takeaways for Moms

    On 3 in 30 Takeaways for Moms, Rachel shares awesome stories and takeaways that moms can use every day. Sometimes us moms need the reassurance that we’re not the only moms on the planet experiencing what we’re currently struggling with and Rachel’s conversations will give you that reassurance. I love this podcast because Rachel’s voice is easy to listen to and just as the title of the podcast implies, episodes leave you with takeaways so you can implement them in your life!
