#ThankfulMittenMama : 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge

We were inspired here by one of our local mamas’ words in  “How to Be a Thankful Mom When You Don’t Feel Thankful at All“, it’s hard as a mother and as a human to always be thankful in hard times or just in the mundane of everyday life.  In her post Katie A. challenges us to incorporate one thing every day in the month of November to practice thankfulness.

30 days to be grateful, 30 days to motivate positive changes in our mental health, our relationships, our kids, and our overall happiness as a mother and a person. Who wouldn’t want that as we head into the craziness of the holiday season, right?

With that, we announce #ThankfulMittenMama – so share a picture, a sentence, a word, or even a thought each morning of something YOU are grateful and thankful for each day.  As mentioned we know its hard to always find something so to guide us all along in 30 days of gratitude we’ve created prompts of a topic or focus point for all 30 days of November kicking off today the 1st with HOME.
