Last Minute Spring Break Ideas Around Genesee County

If you’re anything like me, you are looking at your calendar wondering what the heck you are going to do this week for Spring Break with the kids!  I’m going to be honest, I am a last minute momma sometimes, and this year do not have any major vacations planned.  As a stay-at-home mom I like to keep the learning and fun times rolling even through Spring Break.

Sitting in the house the whole week is just not an option  A.  for my sanity B.  for my Sanity, did I say, “For my sanity?”

So this here momma and her crew of three boys Kingston 7, Jase 5, and August 7 months are going to hit the streets for some fun places to visit during parts of their Spring Break.

So with that being said I decided to put together some easy breezy spots that we plan on checking out during my boy’s Spring Break.  All of these are local to Genesee County, with the last one being not too far in Mount Pleasant.  Most of our stops are cost effective, and will be super fun for my little crew.  I hope you join me and creating a little spring memory this year with your little ones!

#3 Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel

Our last stop on this Spring Break vacay leads us to soaring eagle waterpark and hotel for some family fun.  I’m looking forward to this waterpark located in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.  The cool thing is that my boys have no clue about the mini trip.  My husband and I cannot wait to see their faces when we pull up to the hotel.  The prices for this waterpark vary. I found a special on booking.com with room rates for $128 per night for a room with access to the waterpark. Not too bad, and includes a 2 night stay.  The key is to try and book early as possible.

I hope what ever you choose to do with your little ones during Spring Break is filled with lasting memories, love, and loads of family love.  Use this guide to get in some good ‘ol family bonding!  Until next time loves!!
