Mid-Michigan Moms Blog was started as a way to connect moms throughout Mid-Michigan. We all know that motherhood is hard, and our goal is to celebrate moms all year long. However, with Mother’s Day upon us, we want to take this time to recognize a local Mid-Michigan mom who gives it her all to those around her. Not only in her own family, but also to her friends, community, and workplace. We are so excited to partner with local sponsors to honor a local mom who deserves the title “Mid-Michigan Mom of the Year!”
What is a Mid-Michigan Mom of the Year?
- Does she make a difference in the lives of her or others’ children?
- Does she set an example and offer encouragement for other moms around her?
- Does she play a part in the Mid-Michigan community?
- Does she do an outstanding job in her role as a mom, as well as her place of employment?
It might be your own mom, your neighbor, your grandmother, your best friend, or your child’s teacher. We want to hear about the moms that inspire you! Nominations will be accepted from husbands, fathers, grandmas, grandpas, friends…and even kids themselves.

- The 2019 Mid-Michigan Mom of the Year will be announced on Sunday, May 12th, Mother’s Day!
