Temperatures are rising, the kids are bronzing nicely from days of the summer sun, and we are in the full swing of ice cream season. If you haven’t indulged in a scoop, cup, or cone of your own yet this summer, there is no better time than the present!
Don’t forget that National Ice Cream Day is the third Sunday in July and thank you to President Ronald Reagan who proclaimed July as National Ice Cream Month and established National Ice Cream Day!

McDonald’s: participating McDonald’s restaurants will give away free vanilla soft-serve cones to all customers by downloading and claiming via their app
Baskin Robbins: In honor of National Ice Cream Month (July), Baskin Robbins is giving guests free samples of its Mint Chocolate Chip Polar Pizza on July 14. And if you download the Baskin-Robbins Mobile App, you’ll receive exclusive offers on National Ice Cream Day. On July 31, all regular- and kids-sized scoops are available for just $1.50.
Dairy Queen: Sign up for the Blizzard Fan Club to get an ice cream coupon for a buy one, get one free Blizzard.
PetsMart: Free Doggie Ice Cream Sundaes available to pets at all PetSmart/PetsHotel locations on National Ice Cream Day.
