Halloween Ghosts & Goodies 2018
Who doesn’t love Crossroads on a “normal” day?! Bring October into the mix and you have our attention! Weekends, all month long, you will find treats and tricks, not to mention cider and donuts, little monsters and lots of fun. There will also be a magic show, a straw maze and 20 treat stops throughout the Village at Halloween Ghosts & Goodies! Top off your trip with a 40 minute ride on the famous Huckleberry Ghost Train Express. Be sure to get your tickets ahead of time, as the train tickets tend to sell out! Ooky Spooky Light Show at Longway Planetarium
The Ooky Spooky Light Show is fun for the entire family. Enjoy classic Halloween songs like “The Monster Mash,” “Ghostbusters,” “Thriller,” “Night on Bald Mountain” come to life with amazing graphics and lights. The light show was created in Flint by Longway’s team of artists and programmers! A family friendly event with visuals that are funny, spooky, and FUN! Celebrate the fun of the season with you family!
Boo At The Zoo at Potter Park Zoo
Head to Potter Park Zoo in Lansing during October for Boo At The Zoo! Little ghouls and boys will enjoy an afternoon of spooktacular fun! There will be tons of activities for everyone to enjoy. We encourage all kids (big and small!) to come dressed in their spookiest, scariest, or prettiest Halloween costumes. Enjoy free activities for the family including: a straw maze, candy stations and other activities! There will also be additional activities that can be done for an additional cost once inside the zoo including: Boo Tunnel, a hayride, cider & donuts and more! We hope to see you there!
Zoo Boo at Saginaw Children’s Zoo
Come to the Saginaw Children’s Zoo this month for their annual Halloween fun! Grab your costumes and make your way through the merry-not-so-scary Zoo as you explore the animals, decorations, activities and more! We hope to see you there!
10/1 – Elwood’s in Burton is hosting its last Car Cruise of the season and Trunk or Treat! Head out tonight from 4:30pm until 7:30pm for trick or treating! There will be food available and music, not to mention fun to be had by all! We hope to see you there!
10/6 – Meet us in Oxford today for Scarecrow Festival! From 10am until 4pm, you can stroll the streets of downtown Oxford admiring the scarecrows various businesses have made, and as in years past, there will be a Chili Cook-Off, Pet Parade, with our furry friends dressed in costumes and the Hay Maze with Pumpkin Bowling. Additional activities include an inflatable obstacle course, live entertainment, trick-or-treating at many local businesses. We’ll see you there!
10/6 – Bay City State Park is hosting Trunk or Treat tonight from 5:30pm until 6:30pm as part of its Harvest Festival. We hope to see you there!
10/12 – Join us in Davison tonight from 6pm until 8pm for Trunk or Treat! Cars will line downtown Davison for this event. There will be hayrides, inflatables, great food, entertainment and more! We hope to see you there!
10/12 – Head to Faith Lutheran Church in Grand Blanc tonight from 6pm until 7:30pm for Trunk or Treat! You’re sure to have a great time as we get into the Halloween spirit!
10/12 – If you can’t make it to Grand Blanc, join us in Lapeer for Trunk or Treat at Suncrest! From 6pm until 8pm, cars will line the parking lot of Suncrest, welcoming trick-or-treaters with decorated vehicles and treats aplenty! We hope to see you there!
10/13 – Head to Saginaw tonight from 3pm until 7pm for Community Wide Trunk of Treats at Hoyt Park! There will be bounce houses, games, live music and more! Come dressed in your Halloween best for an afternoon of fun!
10/13 – Bay City State Park is hosting Trunk or Treat tonight from 5:30pm until 6:30pm as part of its Harvest Festival. We hope to see you there!
10/20 – Friendly Forest in Clarkston has been a family favorite of ours for the past three years! From 2pm until 6pm, you can walk the trails with your little ghosts and goblins and collect goodies along the way! This is an event in which you must register for, so be sure to check it out now to allow for plenty of time to sign up! We hope to see you in the “forest”!
10/20 – Are you in our northern footprint? We’ve got you covered here, too! Head to Brown City today from 3pm until 5pm for Brown City Days Festival Fall Fest “Halloween Fun”! There will trunk or treating, games and lots of Halloween fun to be had! We hope to see you there!
10/20 – Head to downtown Rochester today from 3:30pm until 5pm for Trick-or-Treat! Downtown businesses will pass out treats to all of the ghouls and boys! There will be a costume parade and moonlight movie to round out the night! We hope to see you out at this spooktacular event!
10/20 – Come to Freeland tonight from 5pm until 11pm for Spooktacular Trunk & Treats! There will be trick or treating, fire pits, s’mores, music, movies and more! This is sure to be a fun evening! We hope to see you there!
10/22 – Octane Beauty Studio in Clio is hosting Trunk-or-Treat tonight from 6pm until 8pm. Dress those kiddos up and bring them out to safely trick or treat in the parking lot! We hope to see you there!
10/24 – Come to St Paul Lutheran Church in Lapeer tonight from 5:30pm until 7pm for Trunk or Treat! A safe environment to enjoy the seasons festivities, including candy, games and more! We hope to see you there!
10/24 – The residents of Bay City Comfort Care will be handing out candy tonight as part of the Trick-or-Treat for Community and Families! From 6pm until 8pm, come dressed in your spookiest, funniest, best costume and go around trick-or-treating in a safe environment!
10/26 – Head to Saginaw tonight for Halloween Trunk or Treat 2018! Paramount Rehabilitation Services is hosting this event from 4pm until 7pm. There will be candy, popcorn, bounce houses and more! We hope to see you there!
10/26 – Trunk or Treat at Pierson Road tonight from 5:30pm until 7:30pm and the YMCA! This is sure to be a spooky time with lots of trick-or-treating, s’mores and more! We hope to see you there!
10/27 – Head to Burton today for their annual Trick or Treat Trail! From 2pm until 5pm, you can trick or treat along a safe trail at Bentley High School! We hope to see you there!
10/27 – Concept HOPE in Flint is hosting a Trunk or Treat today from 4pm until 6pm! Trick or treat in the parking lot, enjoy donuts and cider and learn about shelter animals and their adopters! We hope to see you there!
10/28 – NewLife Community Lutheran Church is hosting Trunk or Treat in Swartz Creek today from 4pm until 6pm. There will be candy, donuts, cider, hayrides and more! We hope to see you there!
10/28 – First Baptist Church of Bridgeport invites us to their MEGA Trunk or Treat tonight from 6pm until 8pm! Geared towards kids ages 12 and younger, you and your families are invited to this safe and friendly environment of trick-or-treating! We hope to see you there!
10/29 – Head to Owosso tonight from 6pm until 7pm for Trunk or Treat at Emerson! This is a fun, safe way to trick or treat and enjoy this Halloween! We hope to see you there!
10/31 – Head to Flint today from 3pm until 5pm for Kids in Costume Trick or Treat Event at Summerset Salon & Day Spa! Kids will go door-to-door inside in a safe and fun way to experience trick or treating. We hope to see you there!
10/31 – Clio Fire Department Station 1 is hosting its annual Halloween Open House tonight from 5pm until 8pm. There will be fire trucks, cotton candy, warm up spots, cider, donuts and candy! We hope to see you there!
10/31 – Head to the VFW Post in Durand tonight from 6pm until 8pm for Trunk or Treat! Ghosts and Goblins, Princesses and Princes, come out and enjoy the seasons fun! We hope to see you there!
