Hometown Hotspots: Caro

Ahh Caro, where do I even start? Caro is the county seat of Tuscola County and the “Gateway to The Thumb”. It is home to a little over 4,000 people. Caro is about 40 minutes east of Saginaw, and an hour from Flint. It is a hub for local agriculture with both a Michigan Sugar factory and Michigan’s first ever ethanol plant.
