The dinosaurs have arrived! Dinosaurs Unearthed that is, at Courtland Center. One of Sloan Museum’s newest exhibit boasts dinos so big, that they had to take up residence outside of the museum!

Dinosaurs

The Dinosaurs ::

These guys {and gals!} are HUGE and so incredibly life-like! They roar and move as you walk past. Each member of the dino crew is scientifically accurate, down to the feathers on T. rex. How cool is that?! Over 15 animatronic dinosaurs are featured throughout the exhibit. Giant skeletons, fossil casts of skulls, claws, and horns are on display, too. Your little ones will delight in digging for fossils, and seeing real specimens of Mosasaur and Spinosaurus teeth. You can even check out – wait for it – DINOSAUR POOP! Yes, even coprolite is on display at this dynamic exhibit.

The New Wizner’s Whizbang Emporium + The Buick Gallery ::

An added bonus? The new Wizner’s Whizbang Emporium, located in the rear of the exhibit, behind the dinosaurs. Featuring a play structure, a two-story play house, a market for little ones to shop in, puzzles and more. Much like its twin within Sloan Museum, the new Wizner’s offers a fun and interactive experience for children of all ages.

Welcome! I'm Courtney, Founder, and Co-Owner of Mid-Michigan Moms. I started this journey years ago, looking to connect women in their motherhood journeys with one another through sharing our collective stories. In my mom life, I wear many hats - swim mom, hockey mom, horseback riding mom, and more. Our family of five is busy, chaotic, and loud. We're also silly, kind, and a lot of fun. I challenged myself over three years ago to push past every possible fear and comfort zone to grow as a mom, and as a person. Starting Mid-Michigan Moms and being a part of leading this team has been an integral part of that journey. Our small blog has turned into a wonderful parenting resource, and I'm so proud of our amazing team! Welcome - I'm so glad you're here!
