Last month our amazing team came together for our annual photo shoot! While many of us have known one another since the launch of our site two years ago, some of our newer team members had never met in person before. Of course we all chat online and through our social media channels, but there’s something so great and inspiring about coming together as a group to connect, celebrate and share!
Each team member has something wonderful and personal to share: her journey of motherhood!
It’s a lovely, messy, beautiful, challenging and often times lonely road that we are all navigating together. There truly is a sense of comfort and solidarity when we realize that we’re not alone. There are other women walking similar paths, who have experienced the extreme highs and sometimes the devastating lows of motherhood.
It’s an amazing time to be a mom because we have a voice, and a platform to share our experiences and support one another. That’s what Mid-Michigan Moms Blog, and our team is all about! We loved coming together to celebrate our team, and our collective voice.
Our photo shoot day was provided by some pretty amazing local Mom Bosses! These women are the top of their mom and business games. Their knowledge, expertise and experience helped to create an ultimate day of self-care for our entire team. What mom doesn’t need a day just to herself, to relax, reset and recharge? With the below hand-selected and Mid-Michigan Moms Blog approved group, we were able to do just that!

Our team has worked with Beyoutiful and her Younique team since the launch of our site. One word: WOW. If you’ve never experienced the makeup artistry of this Younique team, put it on your “must do” list! Younique’s mission is to uplift, empower, validate, and ultimately build self-esteem in women through high-quality products that encourage both inner and outer beauty. The Mid-Michigan team felt loved and pampered. We also learned about some wonderful new products {hello BB Cream + Sculpted Trio} that were perfect not only for the bright camera lights, but for our everyday lives as busy moms!

An unexpected treat, we had a blast being professionally styled by Magi and Ursula! Magi is a Redkin Certified Hair Colorist/Master Stylist at Bliss Salon Spa Boutique. Our team looked and felt amazing, thank you to her experience and expertise.
