Linden, Michigan:
A cozy, little town with a lot to offer. Located in Genesee County Linden was settled in 1835. Through downtown runs the Shaiwassee River which creates a charming atmosphere. There are many events throughout the year, a quaint library, beautiful parks, and good schools. Although it’s a small town, it’s located next door to Fenton which will provide locals with anything else they’re searching for.
Parks & Outdoor Activities
Linden County Park & Clover Beach
15349 Linden Road
Linden County Park and Clover Beach are popular spots for families with kids of all ages. The play area at Clover Beach is wonderful and it’s a great spot to make some new friends for both children and moms. If you’re meeting friends at the park take advantage of the walking trails while you’re there. After a summer adventure to the park you can walk across the street to Byram Lake where there is a small beach and swimming area for all to enjoy.
Linden Library
201 N. Main Street
Don’t let the size of the Linden library lead you to find another. At the Linden Library, you’ll have a cozy and quiet experience. On Tuesday mornings 10:30AM-11:30AM enjoy Story Time with the kids plus find lots of other upcoming library events on their website.
Music By The Mill
Under the gazebo located behind the library enjoy local musicians Wednesday evenings at 7PM beginning in August.
Eagles Wooden Park
the end of Walmer Street, Linden, MI
A fun park off the beaten path in walking distance from downtown shops and the public library known for it’s striking wooden structure, this is a great park where you are away from it all. We especially love it in the fall as you are surrounded by giant trees and the structure is covered in beautiful leaves!

My favorite local spot in the late summer and throughout fall is Mueller’s Orchard! Enjoy freshly made donuts, cider, an apple, and let the kids play at the playground. Open late August through late November.
